Tinctures are solvents made from fresh flowers or herbs soaked in either apple cider vinegar or a high proof alcohol between 6-8 weeks in a dark cool area then filtered out.
Salves are made from dried out flowers or herbs that have infused into olive oil over a 2–3 hour period at a low temperature. The infused oil is then stored in a dark cool are for 4-6 weeks. After the 4-6 weeks, the oil is then strained out and mixed with melted beeswax to desired consistency of the salve.
Tea is created by steeping dried flowers or herbs in hot water until the desired strength of the flavor is achieved.

Tinctures may be added to coffee, tea, or any food. They can also be administered directly into the mouth or under the tongue.
Apply salves to the affected area topically as often as needed.
